“Diciottesimo giorno” – Lettera di Mohamed dall’inferno di Gaza

Diciottesimo giorno.
Stiamo ancora soffrendo e la situazione è diventata tragica. I massacri aumentano di ora in ora.
L’occupazione continua a sostenere che attacca i terroristi. Sono i bambini i terroristi? Le donne e gli anziani sono classificati come terroristi?
Oggi è stato commesso un grave massacro contro molti civili.
Quelli che si trovavano in uno dei centri commerciali per soddisfare i loro bisogni alimentari, loro, i loro bambini e le loro donne. Questo negozio, molto grande e molto animato, è stato fatto saltare in aria sulla testa di coloro che vi si trovavano senza preavviso, causando la morte di un numero molto elevato di persone e il ferimento grave di altre.
Quando la comunità internazionale e i popoli del mondo si muoveranno per difenderci?
Chiediamo ai nostri figli e alle nostre donne di fermare questa ingiusta aggressione contro di noi e di fermare le operazioni di sfollamento e di distruzione che prendono di mira le case di chi non è protetto. Ora soffriamo di malattie perché siamo ricorsi a bere acqua sporca e altre malattie, perché le poche case sono affollate di sfollati e le scuole sono molto sovraffollate.

Oggi sono andato a comprare il pane e ho faticato molto finché non sono riuscito, dopo molte ore e con la paura di ottenere qualcosa di molto semplice che non sarebbe bastato a soddisfare la fame mia e della mia famiglia.
Questo a causa della scarsità di farina a Gaza e dell’incapacità dei panifici di soddisfare i bisogni della gente, oltre che al terrore e alla paura che mi hanno colpito mentre aspettavo di comprare il pane a causa delle gravi incursioni che hanno preso di mira le aree circostanti l’unico panificio rimasto nella zona vicina a noi, a causa dell’occupazione che ha preso di mira cinque panifici senza preavviso e li ha fatti esplodere sulle teste di coloro che si trovavano lì, provocando grandi massacri.

Fino ad oggi, l’occupazione continua a lanciare incursioni molto violente in molte aree, e ancora oggi non possiamo dormire in pace.
Né noi né i nostri figli. I suoni sono molto forti e dolorosi. L’odore che si diffonde dopo ogni incursione è molto cattivo e tossico, e ci provoca forti mal di testa per ore e ore. L’occupazione lavora in tutti i modi possibili per ucciderci e farci del male ed è creativa nel trovare modi per ucciderci e torturarci. Anche gli animali meritano di vivere in pace. Non lo meritiamo anche noi?
L’occupazione ha affermato di fornire aree sicure per i civili e ha continuato a lanciare volantini che affermavano che le aree del Sud erano aree sicure, ma ha commesso i massacri più orribili. A tutt’oggi, continua a lanciare violente incursioni nel Sud, nel Nord e in tutte le regioni. Questo mostro è incontrollato? Dov’è la società in tutto questo? Stiamo ancora lottando per la vita e il sostentamento e speriamo di trovare qualcuno che ci sostenga e ci tenda una mano.

The occupation still claims that it attacks terrorists. Are children the terrorists? Are women and the elderly classified as terrorists?
Today a major massacre was committed against many civilians
Those who were in one of the malls to satisfy their food needs, they, their children, and their women. This store is very large and very lively, was blown up on the heads of those in it without warning, which led to the death of a very large number and the serious injury of others.
When will the international community and the peoples of the world move to defend us?
We call on our sons and women to stop this unjust aggression against us, and to stop the displacement and destruction operations that target the homes of the unprotected. We are now suffering from diseases because we resorted to drinking unclean water and other diseases, because the few homes are crowded with displaced persons and the schools are very overcrowded.

Today I went to buy bread and struggled a lot until I was able after many hours and fear of getting something very simple that would not be enough to satisfy my and my family’s hunger.
Due to the shortage of flour in Gaza and the inability of bakeries to meet people’s needs, other than the terror and fear that struck me while I was waiting to get bread due to the severe raids that targeted the areas surrounding the only bakery that remained in the area close to us, due to the occupation targeting five bakeries without prior warning and blowing them up on the the heads of those there, which led to major massacres.

Until now, the occupation is still launching very violent raids on many areas, and even now we still cannot sleep in peace.
Neither us nor our children. The sounds are very loud and painful. The smell that spreads after every raid is very bad and toxic, which gives us severe headaches for hours and hours. The occupation works in every possible way to kill us and cause us harm and is creative with ways to kill and torture us. Even animals deserve to live in peace. Do we not deserve that?
The occupation claimed that it provided safe areas for civilians and continued to drop leaflets that the areas of the south were safe areas, and it committed the most horrific massacres there. To this moment, it is still launching violent raids on the south, the north, and all regions. Is this monster unchecked? Where is society in all of this? We are still fighting for life and livelihood, and we hope that We find someone who supports us and extends a helping hand to us.
